Bring home the RAF Pembroke Dock Memorial Window
The Pembroke Dock Heritage Trust seeks to restore and honour an important piece of RAF history by returning the RAF Pembroke Dock Memorial Window to its original home at the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre. Dedicated in 1945 to commemorate servicemen who lost their lives during WWII, this unique tribute was relocated after the RAF station’s closure. Following years of negotiation, we are delighted to facilitate its safe return, installation, and preservation in time for a rededication ceremony on 26th October 2025, marking its 80th anniversary. To ensure the window is displayed respectfully and beautifully for future generations, we must cover the costs of transportation, installation, and a custom display case. With a total project cost of £15,000, we are seeking £10,000 in funding to make this vision a reality and preserve this historic memorial for all to appreciate.
