Business terms · version 16 August 2026

Terms for using FundedSpend UK.

These terms apply to business customers using FundedSpend subscriptions, reports and developer access.

Contracting company

FundedSpend UK is operated by ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, company number 12568562, whose registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX.

1. Business service and authority

FundedSpend is supplied for business use. By creating a workspace or buying access, you confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to act for the named organisation and will use the service for legitimate commercial purposes. If you are not buying for a business, do not complete checkout and contact us.

2. What FundedSpend provides

FundedSpend organises licensed funding records and produces evidence-labelled commercial intelligence. A funding award, supplier match or possible supplier category is not automatically a live procurement opportunity. We are not a funder, contracting authority, legal adviser or representative of any organisation shown. We do not guarantee a purchase, invitation, eligibility, revenue or contract award.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate organisation information, keep sign-in links and API keys confidential, limit access to authorised personnel and notify security@fundedspend.co.uk promptly if access may have been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace unless caused by our breach.

4. Plans, fees and renewal

The plan, billing interval, included allowances, taxes payable and renewal terms are shown before payment. Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. A separately described fixed-term or founding offer runs for the period shown at checkout and does not silently convert into a different higher-priced product. We may change future prices by giving reasonable advance notice; a change does not apply retrospectively to an already-paid fixed term.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal. Access normally continues to the end of the paid billing period and future renewal stops. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy. Your statutory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

6. Permitted use

You may use results for your organisation’s own business development and, where your plan expressly permits it, client work. You must independently verify material information and follow the original buyer’s procurement rules. Source attribution and any applicable licence conditions must be retained when required.

7. Prohibited use

8. Developer access

API and other developer features are subject to the documented plan allowance, response licence and technical limits. Beta or disabled features are not part of the paid service unless checkout or a written order expressly says otherwise. We may change or withdraw beta interfaces without the notice applicable to a generally available paid feature.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may make proportionate changes for security, law, source licensing, accuracy or product improvement. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address non-payment. Where practical, we will explain the reason and restoration steps.

10. Intellectual property and source rights

FundedSpend’s software, presentation, matching logic and original materials belong to ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD or its licensors. Publisher material remains subject to its stated source licence. Your organisation retains its rights in information it submits and grants us the limited permission needed to operate the requested service.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees your organisation paid for FundedSpend during that period. The service is commercial decision support, so you remain responsible for verifying opportunities, recipients, deadlines and purchasing requirements before committing time or money.

12. Ending the agreement

Either party may end the agreement where the other commits a material breach and does not remedy it within a reasonable written cure period, or immediately where a breach cannot be remedied, insolvency occurs or law requires termination. On termination, access ends according to the applicable paid period and legal retention obligations.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices and legal questions may be sent to legal@fundedspend.co.uk. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
