Through the project "Building Sustainability and Resilience: Heneb – the Trust for Welsh Archaeology," we aim to consolidate Heneb – The Trust for Welsh Archaeology’s future as a resilient and sustainable national organisation. Our goal is to maximise the benefits of the recent merger of the Welsh Archaeological Trusts by strengthening our operations, strategy and public engagement. Working with experts in the key areas of strategic planning, fundraising, digital engagement, and volunteer management, we will enhance our capacity to safeguard Welsh archaeological heritage and broaden our public outreach. The project's legacy will be a robust organisation with increased volunteer participation, a stronger digital presence, and diversified revenue streams. We will inspire the next generation of archaeologists, ensure a more inclusive workforce, and increase the impact of our heritage work for the benefit of communities across the whole of Wales.
