Historic Buildings

Celebration Bournville : A Model for Heritage Regeneration

This feasibility study will fit within a new vision and strategy for Bournville drawing upon the founding principles of the Cadbury family, 125 years on from the creation of BVT. We will work with residents, businesses, and community groups to truly understand what matters to them and to find the best ways forward for the heritage buildings and assets. This study is essential. It will look at what the area needs and what opportunities exist. We will gather real evidence and create practical solutions that fit Bournville's unique character. The delivery plan will provide a clear roadmap and show which projects should happen first and set out a realistic timetable. Everyone will be able to see what will happen and when. The legacy will be lasting and meaningful. We will build strong partnerships between the community, Bournville Village Trust, and Mondelez. Community voices will remain central to all future decisions.
