Bringing the Chime back to Bishop's Castle Town Hall clock which is being the central focal point of the Town. The Town Hall is a Grade II* listed building, which means it is a historic building of national significance as well as being pre-eminent in the town. The town sets/ checks its watch by the chimes of the Town Clock, which is situated at the top of the steep High Street.
