Fairfield House Bath CIC will: Develop its organisational capacity in a period of significant business growth to allow it to take responsibility of running Fairfield House from the owner B&NES Council Invest in a new boiler and other essential and overdue capital works on the path to safety compliance and energy sustainability Plan a sustainable and secure long-term future for the legacy, with a clear vision for how the estate is best used to benefit the communities served Deliver community engagement, interpretation and strategic capital works plans in preparation for a substantial bid to NLHF towards the end of the project Deliver and start to implement fundraising and marketing strategies Recruit a part-time facilities manager in a general maintenance role to support the Operations Manager Recruit a project manager to oversee the NLHF project.
