The Tower is in urgent need of essential repairs to make it safe. The Hill and the Woodland offer an island of tranquility and a haven for wildlife that need to be protected so that they can continue to be enjoyed by all. New opportunities - such as the compelling Tolkien links that have recently come to light - offer real potential for greater participation and inclusion involving all three Follies: the Hill, the Tower, and the Woodland. By embracing and developing these opportunities, we can also guarantee greater organisational sustainability into the future.
