Future Governance - The Chester House Estate
Through our project, The Chester House Estate aims to undertake a comprehensive governance review and establish a new charitable trust independent from North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), as mandated by the NNC executive with a deadline of May 2025. This initiative will involve a detailed assessment of our current and future governance structure, the formulation of a strategic plan for the new trust, and the execution of necessary legal and administrative processes to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, we will allocate project management resources to oversee this complex transformation, ensuring all milestones are met on time. By achieving this, we aim to enhance our operational efficiency, ensure greater autonomy in decision-making and secure a sustainable future for Chester House Estate, allowing us to better preserve and promote our rich historical and cultural heritage.
