#Grow: Amgueddfa Cymru
Amgueddfa Cymru staff will be enabled and empowered to be part of the environmental change we need to make; their wellbeing enhanced by participation in solutions to climate issues, and eco-anxiety will be addressed in staff-led interventions which will have concrete results at Amgueddfa Cymru and beyond. During the Test Phase we supported staff to develop their skills and capacity to sustain and revitalise natural and intangible heritage, and to use the museum and national collections to communicate eco-messages to audiences. We will scale up this approach in the Grow Phase, increasing access beyond our staff to wider networks and project partners. Achieving project legacy will be a key focus of the Grow Phase, especially in year two, where we will work with key staff internally and externally to embed this work beyond the duration of the Grant.
