The proposals, following strategy sessions with Board, staff and volunteers, seek to boost sponsorship, donations, and long-term income to enhance sustainability as well as increasing engagement through our education programme, tours, and expanded outreach. New positions will provide the capacity for senior management to focus on strategic tasks like research, partnership development and funding. New IT equipment and improved online capability will provide necessary functionality. Together the strengthened team will support improved programming, sustained income growth and enhanced resilience. Our plan aligns with the remaining 3 years on our NPO agreement, with new hospitality partner (since May this year) forecasting an improved return, benefitting us from year 3. Strategy for the longer term necessitates enhanced facilities with studio space and accommodation to expand programmes, collaborations and income generation. Support for preparatory analysis will include the initial feasibility study, design review and concept development that would help take opportunities forward.
