To restore and conserve our turret clock (late18th/early 19th c, maker unknown) together with its associated bell (cast in 1609) and bell hangings This represents the third stage in an ongoing programme of conservation works to our church which will maintain the building for future generations of worshippers and visiting members of the general public. St Lawrence Didmarton is a Grade 1 listed church building with original Georgian interior and earlier origins. It is featured in the recently published guidebook 'Churches of Gloucestershire' by Professor Nicola Coldstream.
