Re-Jenner-ation - Regenerating Dr Jenner's House Phase 1

In 1796 Dr Edward Jenner discovered vaccination here, a vital subject today with geopolitics and vaccine hesitancy. We aim to host the international celebration of the 50th anniversary of the WHO declaration of the eradication of smallpox, 8th May 2030. In preparation, we are applying for UNESCO World Heritage Status and seeking support to renovate the site. Since major works in 1985, our buildings are deteriorating, we do not meet expectations of access and inclusion. We don’t have the finances to overcome these challenges. We hope to secure your support to full restoration by 8th May 2030. In this Re-Jenner-ation phase 1 we will achieve: 1. The restoration of the world’s first ever vaccination clinic, selected by Lord Winston in the top ten places of science and discovery in England. 2. Submission of a comprehensive application for the restoration of Dr Jenner’s house, garden and cyder house. (Re-Jenner-ation phase 2)
