Resilience to Reconnect: Growing financial resilience to reconnect more people to place, heritage and land

We aim to ‘reconnect with place and land to develop skills for the future’, using our archive as a springboard for events and courses related to environment, heritage and arts. To do this and to protect and share our unique heritage and archive, we need to be a financially resilient organisation which is what this project seeks to achieve. We seek to invest in staff to develop and carry out our business model, our spaces to make them versatile and fit for purpose and specific investments such as a marquee and energy efficiency measures so as to reduce our costs and grow our income long term. At the end of this project, we aim to have an invigorated business model that generates the income to support our archive and core objectives long term.
