Safeguard the future of Ruspidge Memorial Hall by replacing the roof slates, guttering and down pipes, along with other high level works, including refurbishing the name and date panel on the front of the building. A record of the importance of Ruspidge Memorial Hall to local residents, both as a building and as a memorial, (initially to WW1 and later WW2 and the Falklands conflict). Provide a coherent story of the hall, told through the words of local residents, recorded on the hall website along with a relevant selection of the old photographs kept by the hall, helping local people to feel a connection to the hall. Explore ideas on how to commemorate Armistice Day and develop at least one of these ideas into an imaginative and distinctive commemoration event. Reduction of the energy consumption of the building. Enhancement of the ecological potential of the grounds around the building.
