Securing the Future: Building Resilience for a Reopened Citizens Theatre

Through the Securing the Future: Building Resilience for a Reopened Citizens project, the Citizens Theatre aims to complete its redevelopment project and move toward opening while generating sustainable funding which will enable the access of the community to the heritage and culture contained within the Citizens Theatre building. This will, in turn, enrich the cultural landscape of Glasgow. Our vision is to open up creativity and theatre for everyone, aligning with our mission to inspire meaningful connections through performance, participation, and storytelling. This project will create a legacy of resilience, engagement, and inclusivity, allowing us to continue nurturing talent, fostering community pride, and promoting cultural participation within Glasgow.
