St Leonards Parish Church "Raise the Roof" Appeal

We want to restore and preserve a Heritage building which has stood for 1000 years, to make it available for future generations to appreciate and enjoy. Our vision is to repair the roof, install an accessible toilet and create new heritage resources. We want our heritage church to become part of the historical/heritage activities that take place in the county such as as the annual Gloucester History Festival. Increased congregations, the new Activity Programme (see 10 x Spreadsheet - tabs: Church Activity Budget & Projected Church Activity Budget) will increase the use of the church, boost its revenue streams, make it accessible not only to local people but also to tourists and disabled people who will visit as part of their exploration of the Cotswolds and surrounding area. These visits to the church will also help boost the local economy as visitors use the local amenities and hotels.
