‘The Beautiful Bells of All Saints Litcham’

Our 'Beautiful Bells' project vision is not only to restore a set of historic bells, but also to re-vitalise and future proof the art and science of change-ringing in a rural part of Norfolk for many years to come. Whilst the project will carry out all conservation works, (including the rehanging and tuning as a set which has never been done before), necessary to save the historic bells of the Grade I listed All Saints, it will also use this wonderful opportunity to connect the church and churchyard to a themed programme of STEM, work experience and conservation skills activities, which will be of benefit to all in our community. Our inclusive vision is therefore to work with our community to co-create a series of innovative new art, music and wellbeing activities alongside a new interpretive scheme – all inspired by the bells' restoration and the heritage of All Saints.
