The Southoe and Midloe Community Hub Project aims to: 1) Undertake repairs to the fabric of the C12th Grade 1 St Leonards Church in the Cambridgeshire village of Southoe. These repairs will save the building's heritage, ensuring that it is viable and sustainable to house flexible space for a Community Hub. 2) The tasks of this application: * Task One: to undertake these repairs so that PVs (already funded) can be introduced safely onto the south aspect of the building. North side repairs are also needed. * Task Two: create a ramp for the south porch with drainage to improve accessibility into the church. * Task Three: refurbish the nave and aisle wooden floors having removed pews, creating a safe, flexible surface for community use. *Task Four: removal of obsolete oil boiler /brick compound in tower base, introduce disabled toilets, ringing floor doubling as toilet ceiling with new ringer's staircase.
