Train the Trainer Pilot Programme

Our one-year ‘train the trainer ‘project aims to train an experienced heritage tradesperson to become a confident vocational teacher and support them in completing their formal vocational teaching qualifications. By the end of the 12 months the student teacher will be able to lead courses, both theoretical and practical, to a range of skill levels – from school leavers, tradespeople, homeowners and construction professionals. The addition of a new teacher to carringtonlime, will help to build ‘organisational resilience and sustainability’ to both the business but also the industry. It will allow us to expand our course offering and the number of students we can reach.
