Our vision is to secure a vibrant, sustainable future for our sites in the Welsh Marches, sharing widely their character and deep history. From The Rodd, 13th century Herefordshire estate and the Bleddfa Centre community arts hub in Powys, we enable participation in our rural context with centuries of heritage, nature and the creative spirit. Our masterplanning project seeks to establish a firm foundation for site and audience development, strategically addressing the scale and complexity of our assets. We want to realise the potential of the historic, environmental and cultural significance of our sites to increase engagement, work collaboratively in local, national and international networks and embed environmental responsibility across our operation. We will rigorously scope, consult on, test, and evaluate to prioritise options for sustainable regeneration, income and activity development. Together, these will celebrate the unique character of our places and build a plan for a thriving, inclusive future.
