Building capacity and resilience of the Three Counties Partnership for landscape scale Programme development and delivery

This preparatory bespoke project, spanning three administrative counties, is the basis for a major landscape scale heritage and nature recovery scheme in the Lune Valley, to ensure it is sustainable and cared for into the future. Project aims to: 1. Improve Three Counties Partnership organisational resilience, sustainability and leadership; 2. Build a diverse, people centred evidence base; 3. Ensure early-stage planning for natural, and cultural co-created heritage projects is developed consistently. We will achieve: • A resilient, informed, dynamic Partnership ready to collaboratively lead a major landscape scheme. • Next generation and community voices connected and consistently involved. • Evaluation, and business planning to guide long-term vision and future scheme investment. Our legacy along the Lune Valley will be a strong balance of conservation, community and inclusion projects for diverse audiences to experience. Nature recovery and connection with the next generation will be the golden threads throughout the legacy.
