WISEArchive’s 2-year project to: • celebrate Wensum Lodge (WL)’s history and its significance to Norwich and Norfolk, and bring its story up to date • capture memories of former students, staff and locals to highlight its importance and influence, and its educational and social value to the area • research and collate scattered WL material . involve local groups through volunteering opportunities and meetings • provide a talk each day at a two-day free exhibition at Dragon Hall • produce a book • publish collected memories on the WISEArchive website • accession research material and WISEArchive recordings to Norfolk Record Office (NRO) . arrange a 3 month free exhibition at NRO based on WL documents and collected photographs • possibly influence redevelopment decisions through publicity generated by this project
