"Clayton-le-Moors Heritage Animation and Book Project"

We wish to create several new and exciting strands to the Clayton-le-Moors Heritage Project. We successfully produced a permanent exhibition space at Clayton Community Centre [official opening November 21st 2024]. A website is in production too. The momentum and enthusiasm of the popular heritage group has grown and we would like to continue to: 1. Produce our very own in-house researched professional standard book of local history. 2. Provide engagement and learning materials [such as a dementia-friendly and child-friendly colouring book for local care homes and schools. 3. Produce an animated film which tells the story of history in Clayton-le-Moors in an accessible and innovative new way.
