Our ambition is to transform Ebdon Farm, in North Somerset, into a high-value example of Coastal Floodplain Grazing Marsh, offering significant benefits to nature and communities, making it a flagship site for demonstrating natural solutions to climate change, through: -Restoring/creating dynamic wetland habitats, supporting nature’s recovery onsite and across the wider landscape -Following a Wilding Approach - where natural processes take the lead -Exploring floodplain reconnection, bringing benefits to nature and climate adaptation -Telling the landscapes historic story through Ebdon Farm, so it can inform local climate change adaption -Re-connecting people to nature, whatever their circumstances, with community-led plans and activities, and tailored communications -A strong partnership approach, engaging stakeholders at every stage of the journey -Creating spaces onsite for community use and to generate income which will sustain the project Our project, taking place between January 2025 and September 2028, is part of our wider vision to help nature recover.
