#Grow North Wales Wildlife Trust / Wildlife Trusts Wales – All Wales Digital Innovation
The project will expand on foundational work delivered in previous phases to achieve sustainable digital transformation across the Wildlife Trusts in Wales, by focusing on: Enhanced Digital Capability: Further developing digital skills and confidence within Trusts in areas such as communication and data management, to encourage stronger collaboration across Wales. Innovation and Efficiency: Implementing innovative new digital services, processes and systems to support conservation activities, reduce duplication of efforts, and enhance operational efficiency. Communication and Engagement: Strengthening internal communication to ensure staff at all levels are well-informed and engaged, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff are up to date with the latest digital tools and best practices. By achieving these objectives, the project will position the Wildlife Trusts in Wales as pioneers in digital transformation; leveraging technology to maximise the impact on wildlife conservation and using digital tools to expand engagement across Wales.
