Culture And Memory

#GrowHappy Days

The workforce challenge that we are addressing is the need to build the skills and capabilities of our volunteers to transform Enniskillen/Fermanagh into a thriving hub of cultural heritage, where shared values and diverse identities converge and where the community is at the heart of every cultural endeavour. By pioneering participatory approaches with our volunteers and empowering our community through creative engagement, our aim is to unearth the hidden assets and strengths of our volunteering community and unlock the full potential of our literary heritage. In doing so we hope to set a new standard for inclusive and collaborative placemaking in the border counties of Northern Ireland and inspire others to embrace inclusive and innovative approaches to placemaking.
