#HP North East Lincolnshire – Heritage Place scoping
North East Lincolnshire (NEL) is a Heritage Place and our ambition is to build the evidence, capacity and shared aspiration for NEL to generate and benefit from a range of heritage projects throughout the lifetime of the Heritage 2033 strategy. Building on our success as an Area of Focus, this project will enable deeper and broader partnership and collaborative working within and beyond NEL which will: Continue to raise ambitions. Consider the breadth of heritage across NEL including new and unfound/untold heritage. Empower local heritage organisations to deliver projects. Increase participation and experience of heritage for all. Build trusted connections between all collaborators. Place heritage-led regeneration centre stage of the revitalisation of NEL. Support NELC to develop and lead (where appropriate) place-based heritage partnerships. Elevate the value and enrich the understanding of heritage across NEL.
