The aim of our Project is two-fold: • to achieve completion of our internal phased refurbishment programme • to implement a programme of Know Your City activities and events which celebrate Bradford’s diverse heritage and make us more widely known Capital aspects will focus on accessibility issues identified in a recent Audit of our historic building and will comprise the reconfiguration and upgrade of WC facilities adjacent to the second-floor meeting rooms, the widening of doorways and refurbishment of the stair core to improve accessibility and enhance visitor experience on all levels of the building. The Events are designed to answer the many questions we are asked about why we were founded 200 years ago, who we served, what we do today and what we can do in the future?
