#LC The Heart of Natural Beauty (Phase 1)

Cornwall National Landscape is at the heart of Cornwall’s beauty and heritage, protecting and enhancing 12 sections under one designation, that covers a third of the County. Our visionary ‘Heart of Natural Beauty’ project will address the challenges of each section and its communities. These are living, breathing connections between people, place, nature and climate. By creating comprehensive data-driven maps and dashboards we can unlock untapped potential that will identify the needs of our communities and the forces of change at work on our landscape. Investing in people will unlock investment in nature. Yet, we’re operating in a vastly underfunded environment and Cornwall deserves better. To meet our ambitious goals we need to embrace digital solutions and we need the people to help us achieve this. We believe our project will drive action to ensure that fragile and vulnerable heritage can be safeguarded for future generations.
