Leadership Labs - A Leadership Training Programme for Senior Climate and Environmental Leaders in Scotland

As we enter the final half of this crucially important decade for climate and nature action, ‘supporting those that do environmental work to be more effective’ is an increasingly critical pillar of EFN's work. Through strategically partnering with I.G. Advisors (I.G.) – impact strategy experts – we’ll pilot delivering bespoke leadership training to 60 senior leaders of small and medium sized organisations who need it most in the climate, environment and natural heritage space across Scotland. Leaders will gain renewed enthusiasm, confidence, practical skills and new connections to further boost their leadership, improve the sustainability of their organisations, and catalyse their essential work supporting nature recovery and environmental sustainability of our natural heritage to ensure this remains accessible for communities to enjoy in years to come. To ensure long-term impact, EFN will provide ongoing support for trained leaders through our Green Fundraisers Forum and other meetings, events and resources.
