Leominster Priory Futures Project.

The PCC have committed to spending the next 18 months exploring the future of Leominster Priory, a living and thriving Grade 1 listed church and community building in the heart of Leominster. The Priory is used daily, not just as a place of worship, but increasingly as a cultural hub and venue for a wide range of community activities including conferences, musical and arts performances of all kinds, youth activities, exhibitions, and is the main civic building in the town. Our project will help us understand how, working with our local community, partners and stakeholders, we can develop The Priory to carry out these activities more strategically, make our future more sustainable, and reach a wider audience. It has become evident that some change is urgently needed to make the building fit for purpose for our local community and to help support the economic prosperity of the town.
