Nature And Landscape
A two-year consultation and development project, rebuilding people’s connection to Parkfield’s outside spaces, re-imaging the space to become a welcoming community place, offering a variety of well-being opportunities including recreation, conservation and a connection to nature. We’ll explore, identify and co-produce concepts with our community, delivering a management plan for the future of the estate’s outdoor spaces, whilst enhancing and conserving biodiversity and heritage features for future generations. We’ll use strength-based consultation methods, using well-being and learning activities to bring together our community, identifying the assets and what’s strong about our wonderful space. We’ll empower our community to identify and use their skills to make the difference they want to achieve on the estate, with a strong focus on undeserved groups– especially children and young people, asylum seekers and refugees. We’ll use the insight and learning to inform the management plan, which will become our blueprint for the future.
