Our project will strengthen our organisation, at a pivotal point, by clarifying our strategic direction and increasing our ability to secure longer term funding. It will build staff resilience and capacity to deliver sensitive and community-centred work. It will ensure we can continue to work with Global Majority communities and heritage in Greater Manchester, so Global Majority histories are documented and shared, promoting a better understanding and value for these important stories.
