Nature And Landscape
Our vision is a Sussex rich in wildlife, valued and protected by everyone, informed by direct consultation and dialogue with our membership (38,000+), reserve visitors, community groups and partners. By 2030 we have achievable ambitions including: restore and protect 30% of land and sea for nature, inspire 1 in 4 people to take meaningful action for wildlife and build a stronger, more inclusive and diverse movement. But success relies on everyone being able to take part. Through this project, physical and social barriers to enjoying and accessing nature will be overcome, enabling people from all communities, backgrounds, and lived experiences to feel welcome, valued, and empowered. By creating a movement representative of the full diversity of our county and the immense value that different experiences and perspectives bring, nature will benefit, leaving a lasting legacy for people and wildlife.
