'TV on Wheels'

To highlight the work of the Broadcast Television Technology Trust in restoring vintage BBC Television outside broadcast units by displaying vehicles from the 1960s and 1970s at three major visitor attractions in the South of England. The Project ‘TV on Wheels’ will develop a plan to create a permanent home for the exhibits, that will ensure the work of the present ageing volunteers will continue. This will allow future generations will be able to enjoy and learn about the equipment that brought us ‘live pictures’ in the 20th Century.
